By accessing PromptVault ("the Service") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service or make purchases.
Products and Delivery
PromptVault sells digital AI prompt template packs. All purchases are made through Gumroad. Upon purchase, you receive instant access to download your prompt files. Prompts are delivered as Markdown (.md) files that open in any text editor.
License
Each purchase grants you a license to use the prompts for personal and professional purposes, including client work. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the prompt files themselves
- Repackage the prompts as your own product for sale
- Use the prompt files to create a competing prompt library
You own all output generated by using these prompts with AI tools.
AI Output Disclaimer
Our prompts are designed to produce high-quality AI output, but results depend on the AI model used and are not guaranteed. Always review AI-generated content before use. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated output.
Refund Policy
Gumroad's standard 30-day refund policy applies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund through Gumroad within 30 days. We also provide free sample prompts so you can evaluate quality before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at support@wellerdeveler.com.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Prompt templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using the prompts with any AI platform.
Limitation of Liability
WellerDeveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Updates
When we add new prompts to a pack you have purchased, the updated version will be available through Gumroad at no additional charge.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
